the driver highlighted various parts of the city during our journey to the hotel. upon reaching the hotel, we checked in quickly and were transported to our room via a golf cart. the hotel staff were really good. the grounds were immaculate and the main pool had plenty of sun loungers.

the toilet wouldn't flush and flooded the floor.

the reception was patient and accommodating with requests. staff members were helpful with our luggage. the housekeeping team provided excellent service by ensuring our room was super clean and well kept. this contributed greatly to our comfort.

our room was spacious and well-presented. it had a patio with seating, great to relax outdoors. a fridge, a kettle with hot drinks, and daily bottles of water were supplied. a tv was also included in the room.

the selection of food was excellent for every meal, we loved the moroccan dishes. mint tea was a revelation, the food was better than other hotels i have stayed at. there was plenty of choice and good quality.

the hotel provided a regular bus service to the city. the room was spacious. it had a patio with seating. the staff was very helpful.

the hotel felt more like a 4 star than a 5 star. the accommodation blocks were a bit of a walk from the main facilities. roast dinners were not good.
